A person who is sickly and who wanted to live long will do his best to get well. He is willing to spend all his wealth for the sake of good health.
The reality of health is a gift from on high. It is not bought with money nor acquired by our efforts. Money and efforts could maybe of help to have good health, and it is usually used to maintain good health, but never be the source of health.
There are those who have no money, but they enjoy good health. Money is only for the sick people to get good health. How about efforts? There are those who regularly exercise just to maintain good health, yes! Exercises may help to maintain good health, but it is not itself the source of good health.
There are those who do a little exercise, and some have no regular activities, and yet they have good health.
My Personal Tips For Good Health
I’m not a doctor; I did not study about medicines. All that what I will share here is based on my experiences. But all these things, I believe wisdom from on high based on my analysis.
I am going into details about that, maybe next posts about what I’ve got through my analysis. So far I will focus now on good health.
Very much thankful I am to the one (the Almighty God) who gave me good health and the wisdom how to maintain it.
My age now is 47, and I can never remember that I visited the hospital because I am sick except one time that my right leg was cracked caused by accident.
I have never tried to have a dextrose or needle and syringe inserted into my veins. I am asking God that if ever he will allow me not to experience that in the future.
I am a hard working man since I was a little boy. I am the eldest of five brothers and seven sisters. We are a poor family like as they called a chicken, no work and no eat.
Working Hard Could Help
Working so hard to help my parents in the remote area where I was born. My parents have no business, no salary, but a little land to farm using only hands to clean the farm and to plant corn, cassava, banana and sweet potatoes. We eat the crops from these plants – we do not sell except any bananas because they are good only for our daily food.
I used to walk without shoes or sandals. It is what I did walking foot purely on the rough road going back and forth to the farm on the mountain.
I used to carry some crops from the farm on my head going home every time we do not have class in the school.
One time I remember we do not have even a day’s rest in a week because my father was a very hard working person and he always bring us to clean the farm of grass roots.
All of that, now I can recall that my experience in my childhood was training for me to be a hardworking person that would result to have a good health. Because my body is used to work and it seems I am immune of the hard labor that as it is my regular exercises.
Here Are Some Tips I Would Like To Share To Maintain Good Health
Tips # 1. Control Your Behavior In Eating
I know of many friends and even close relatives who have diabetes and high blood pressures. As I observe them, they have no control in eating any kinds of foods. I have witnessed that during many occasions. I can see how they eat fatty foods, sweet deserts and drink acidic beverages. Super…!
Here in the Philippines, there is a restaurant called Eat all you can. I occasionally go to that place with the relatives of the family. People eat all they can for a minimum price, so how in the world that they cannot control to eat anything to fill in their stomachs to the full without any control.
My wife sometimes gave her comments and laughed at me, because I have chosen only the vegetables the common vegetables that I always eat. I can eat some meat, pork, desserts and whatever offered, but I take control of what I will eat.
A Midwife Testifies About My Blood Pressure
The things that I am so thankful to God, number one is my blood pressure is normal. One time there was a midwife that tested my blood pressure, and after seeing the result, then she said that “you have an excellent and gentle blood pressure.” Also my blood sugar I believe is healthy, I never had a test for blood sugar yet, because it seems that I did not feel like what I heard from others who have diabetes, that told me how they feel.
I have been asking from my diabetic friends how they feel about their diabetes. They said that they could feel in their both legs as not normal.
So I said, if that is so, I have no diabetes, because, since, the feeling in both of my legs has been healthy.
I think these cases are the things acquired by eating. So it is essential to control our eating behavior. Although some people said, that these high blood pressures and diabetes are hereditary, maybe some or just a few of them, but most likely acquired from eating.
Tip # 2. Do Not Take A Bath Always With Cold Water.
There are times that you do not feel to take a shower because your body can sense that it needs more rest before taking a bath. But in most cases, because of the urgency that we need to take a bath before going late or somewhere with a significant transaction, we rush up to take a shower.
The sad thing is we usually take a shower with cold water. When our body is tired, lack of sleep and or from a warm place that we are exposed, there is a danger if we get wet with cold water. They told me that when a plant exposed longer to the heat of the sunlight, the plant can be tremendously affected it gets wet.
This Is What I Always Do
Taking a bath with warm water can make your body relax after taking a shower.
Have you noticed that some people use hot compress? A Hot compress can relax muscles. Some part of our body sometimes has a weak point because of the effect that the blood cannot circulate well. More likely the reason is that because those parts are working harder than the other parts.
I witnessed a man who suffered for two years on the bed. He cannot move his half body from his hip down to his feet. He is the brother of my brother in law, I and my wife used to stay with them in the same house for a couple of months. I thought that the guy would not live long. His brother who is my brother in law was the one taking care of him for two years.
My brother in law took him a bath with cold water as normal, he was the one who carried him to the toilet and washed his anus after removing his waste. It was a challenging work for my brother in law. Although I mentioned that guy in my prayer for his healing, the process was so pleasant. Now he has two children already. He was completely healed and got married.
The Hot Air Bath Tub
The process used for his healing was the hot air bath tub. I have not seen that electrical equipment, but what I heard is that his body is laid down into equipment like a coffin for a couple of minutes which there is a warm environment.
As I was analyzing how hot water and hot compress works, I’ve found out that there are bubbles of evil airs inside our blood streams in the veins. These bubbles of evil winds that will cause the usual function of the circulation of blood in our body. Therefore, they will make the cells in our body weak and gradually will cause sickness.
Air will come out of the container when it feels warm. That is how hot water or hot compress works in our body.
When we do not feel taking a bath that is because the cells in our body are tired or weak due to the poor circulation of blood that carries oxygen. The of choice is to take a bath with warm water. According to some who studied about bathing with hot water, it increases the blood flow. So the water can make revive weak cells.
Tip # 3. Do Not Drink Always Cold Water
I have heard of a group of people who have taught that drinking cold water, especially in a hot season will harm your health.
There must be a time when to drink cold water, fresh and warm water. And we must know that exact time. Some people drink frigid water after work, especially during the hot season.
The Korean people as I had never done that. Yes! We felt very thirsty after works. Particularly, in the warm season and this is not advisable and is not the exact time to drink cold water. We may drink cold water after a couple of hours of rest, so be careful.
In times of being thirsty, especially after running or jogging, playing ball games or working heavily, it is not advised to drink cold water the same time you are hungry.
